Employee Client Services (m/f/d)
with a focus on private equity

We are an established asset management company and offer our clients tailor-made investment solutions in the areas of private equity and capital market funds. Our success is based on a dedicated team that values quality, client orientation and continuous development. To strengthen our Client Services department, we are looking for an employee (m/f/d) with a degree in business administration and a passion for private equity.

Your tasks

In this position, you will support our team in various areas and make a significant contribution to the success of our customer projects
:

Support with existing company investments: Review and preparation of quarterly reports, portfolio management, preparation of client communication, coordination of investor calls, preparation of necessary analyses.
Support with new investments: Review and completion of investor documentation, preparation of a "Questions & Answers" catalog.
Business analyses: preparation of financial models, sensitivity analyses, profitability calculations.
Revision of sales materials: Optimization of customer presentations
and investment proposals.
Coordination of translations: Checking and revising German-English translations.
Process optimization: suggestions for improving internal processes and their implementation.
Quality control: Careful checking of all documents, especially those intended for dispatch to the customer.
Research and market analysis: Investigation of new investment opportunities and
capital market funds.
Customer service: Professional support for customer inquiries by telephone or e-mail, identification of customer needs and provision of suitable solutions.
Project management: Independent handling of customer projects and onboarding using digital tools such as DocuSign.
Documentation and data maintenance: Careful documentation of all customer interactions and maintenance of customer databases.
Collaboration and communication: Work closely with internal departments and external sales partners to meet customer requirements and ensure
optimal results.

Your profile

Degree in business administration (BWL) or a comparable course of study.
Initial experience in private equity or investment management is an advantage.
Strong analytical skills and experience in creating financial models and profitability calculations.
High degree of initiative, diligence and quality awareness.
Very good communication skills in German and English, both written and verbal.
Confident in the use of common MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to work in a team, organizational talent and a solution-oriented way of working.
